Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce CPQ Developer to design, develop, and lead scalable Salesforce Sales Cloud and CPQ solutions. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, collaborate closely with business stakeholders, and ensure high-quality, secure, and performance-optimized Salesforce implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable, high-performance Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions aligned with business requirements and Salesforce best practices.
• Lead the technical design and delivery of Salesforce CPQ (SteelBrick CPQ), Partner Portal, Lead, Opportunity, and Quote Management solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, including review and approval of technical designs, code, and configurations.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into detailed technical specifications.
• Oversee the development of custom Salesforce solutions, including custom objects, workflows, triggers, Apex, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across the Salesforce platform, including data migration and integration strategies.
• Establish and enforce Salesforce development standards, governance processes, and best practices.
• Monitor and optimize Salesforce performance, addressing system and resource efficiency issues.
• Stay current with Salesforce releases and new features; recommend and implement innovative enhancements.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for design, development, and deployment activities.
• Diagnose, resolve, and document system issues related to development and maintenance.
• Perform post-migration reviews and provide ongoing application support.
• Prepare and deliver technical demonstrations and presentations to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Adhere consistently to best practices for source control, ticketing systems, and DevOps processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience architecting, designing, and developing solutions on the Salesforce platform.
• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ (SteelBrick CPQ) and Billing solutions.
• At least 3+ years of experience with Lightning Framework development (Aura and LWC).
• Salesforce CPQ Specialist and Salesforce Platform Developer II certifications (mandatory).
• Strong expertise in Apex, Triggers, Visualforce, Lightning, Batch Apex, Salesforce DX, SOQL, Visual Flows, Platform Events, and Salesforce APIs.
• Experience debugging complex issues such as Apex CPU timeouts, SOQL query exceptions, and performance bottlenecks.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce governor limits, design patterns, and coding best practices.
• Hands-on experience with development tools and DevOps practices including VS Code, Git, and CI/CD automation.
• Knowledge of integration architectures and third-party ETL/integration tools such as Informatica, Workato, Boomi, MuleSoft, etc.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, including iterative development and POCs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to lead technical initiatives and manage multiple priorities.
