Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced UI/UX Developer who can create engaging, user-friendly, and visually appealing digital experiences. The ideal candidate should have strong skills in UI design, UX research, front-end development, and a deep understanding of modern design trends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
• Translate business requirements into interactive design concepts.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders.
• Develop responsive layouts using HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.
• Ensure design consistency across all platforms and devices.
• Optimize designs based on user feedback and analytics.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of proven experience in UI/UX design or front-end development.
• Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Illustrator, Photoshop.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, user journey mapping, and design systems.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript (basic to intermediate).
• Experience in creating prototypes, mockups, and wireframes.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have:

• Experience working with Agile/Scrum teams.
• Knowledge of front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue).
• Understanding of accessibility standards.
