Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Consultant with 6+ years of hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Fusion modules to meet business requirements and ensure smooth system operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and support Oracle Fusion Cloud modules (FIN/HCM/SCM as applicable).
• Work closely with business users to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
• Perform gap analysis, design documentation, and provide configuration recommendations.
• Manage end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud upgrades, enhancements, and patches.
• Develop test cases, perform unit testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Prepare functional design documents (FDs), user guides, and training materials.
• Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, data migration, reports, and customizations.
• Ensure system security, data accuracy, and compliance with company standards.
• Provide post-implementation support and ongoing system optimization.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud applications.
• Strong expertise in one or more modules:
  • Fusion Financials (AP, AR, GL, FA, CM)
  • Fusion SCM (Procurement, Inventory, Order Management)
  • Fusion HCM (Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Talent)
• Experience in requirement gathering, configuration, testing, and production support.
• Good understanding of OTBI, BI Publisher, and HDL/FBDI processes.
• Experience with integrations (OIC/REST/SOAP APIs) is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Oracle Fusion Certification(s).
• Experience in multi-country implementations.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
