About the Role:

We’re seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineer with a strong background in developing, deploying, and optimizing machine learning models. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with AI frameworks, data modeling, and real-world implementation of AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning and AI models.
• Work with large datasets to perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model training.
• Implement and optimize deep learning architectures for NLP, CV, or predictive analytics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineers and software developers.
• Monitor and improve model performance using appropriate evaluation metrics.
• Stay updated with the latest AI/ML research, frameworks, and tools.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Experience: 5+ years in AI/ML development and deployment.
• Languages: Python, R, or Java.
• Frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Keras.
• Tools: Jupyter, MLflow, AWS SageMaker, or Google Vertex AI.
• Strong knowledge of statistics, data science, and algorithm optimization.
• Familiarity with data pipelines, APIs, and cloud-based model integration.

Good to Have:

• Experience in NLP, Computer Vision, Generative AI, or LLM fine-tuning.
• Knowledge of MLOps and model versioning.
• Exposure to Big Data tools like Spark or Hadoop.
