Job Overview:

We are hiring a Senior IBM CPQ Consultant/Developer with 5–8 years of experience to design, develop, and implement IBM CPQ solutions. The role demands deep expertise in IBM CPQ (formerly Sterling CPQ), strong integration experience, and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end implementation of IBM CPQ solutions
• Develop configuration models, pricing rules, workflows, and guided selling paths
• Integrate IBM CPQ with enterprise systems like Salesforce, SAP, Oracle etc.
• Participate in solution design, requirement gathering, and architecture planning
• Troubleshoot system issues and ensure smooth deployment
• Deliver technical documentation, test plans, and support UAT
• Provide mentoring to junior developers when needed

Required Skills:

• 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in IBM CPQ/Sterling CPQ
• Strong knowledge of product configuration, pricing logic, and guided selling
• Proficiency in JavaScript, XML, JSON, and web services (REST/SOAP)
• Strong experience in system integration and data flows
• Solid understanding of CPQ best practices and Agile methodologies
• Excellent communication and client interaction skills

Good to Have:

• Exposure to Salesforce CPQ, Oracle CPQ, or SAP integration
• IBM Sterling Commerce background
• IBM CPQ certification (preferred)
