About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Magento Developer with 4+ years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality eCommerce solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Magento 2, PHP, and eCommerce best practices. This is a fully remote position offering flexibility and a chance to work on global projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain custom Magento 2 modules and themes
• Optimize Magento websites for speed, performance, and scalability
• Integrate third-party services and APIs (e.g., payment gateways, shipping services)
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in the Magento platform
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, QA, and project managers
• Perform regular website upgrades and security patches
• Write clean, well-documented, and reusable code

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Magento 2 development
• Strong knowledge of PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery
• Experience with Magento theme customization and extension development
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD tools, and agile development processes
• Experience in integrating Magento with third-party APIs and services
• Good understanding of eCommerce workflows and SEO best practices
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Nice to Have:

• Magento 2 certification
• Experience with headless Magento (PWA Studio)
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
• Knowledge of other frameworks like Laravel or Symfony
