Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SAP ABAP Developer with extensive experience in developing and implementing customized SAP solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SAP modules, strong ABAP programming skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and implement custom SAP applications using ABAP.
• Work closely with functional consultants to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Perform enhancements, modifications, and performance tuning of existing ABAP programs.
• Develop smart forms, scripts, ALV reports, BDCs, BAPIs, BADIs, and user exits.
• Maintain and support SAP modules such as SD, MM, FI, PP, or HR.
• Collaborate with other developers and team leads to ensure high-quality and maintainable code.
• Conduct technical reviews, unit testing, and code documentation.
• Participate in SAP upgrades, migrations, and project rollouts.

Required Skills:

• 6+ years of hands-on ABAP development experience in various SAP modules.
• Expertise in classical and object-oriented ABAP programming.
• Strong experience with enhancements techniques: BADI, user exits, enhancement spots.
• Proficiency in smart forms, Adobe forms, and SAP scripts.
• Hands-on experience in developing and consuming OData services.
• Strong understanding of SAP data dictionary, IDOCs, RFCs, BAPIs, BDCs.
• Knowledge of SAP Fiori/UI5 is a plus.
• Good debugging and performance optimization skills.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA is preferred.

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Nice to Have:

• Exposure to Agile methodologies.
• SAP certification(s) in ABAP or related modules.
• Basic understanding of front-end technologies and integration scenarios.
